Privacy Policy

Cybrow IT Solutions (“Cybrow”, “we”) runs cybrow.com. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it.
1. Information you give us
When you contact us through a form or by email, we receive your name, email address, phone number and message. We use these only to reply and to provide the services you ask for.
2. Information collected automatically
Like most websites, cybrow.com uses cookies and Google services (Google Analytics via Site Kit, and Google reCAPTCHA to block spam). These may collect your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and similar technical data. Google handles this data under its own Privacy Policy. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
3. Client records
For clients we work with, we keep project, invoice, payment and hosting records in a private internal system that only Cybrow can access. We keep these for as long as needed for the work and for accounting and legal purposes.
4. Cybrow ERP and Google user data
Cybrow ERP is our private internal tool. It is not offered to the public. It uses Google Sign-In to confirm the identity of authorized Cybrow staff; only the email address is used. With the account owner’s permission, it saves backup files to that owner’s own Google Drive using limited access (drive.file), which only covers files the app itself creates.
Data received from Google is used only for sign-in and these backups. It is never sold, never used for advertising, and never shared with third parties. Cybrow ERP’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can remove the app’s access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
5. Sharing
We don’t sell personal information. We share it only with service providers we rely on, such as web hosting, email and Google, and only as far as needed to run our services, or when the law requires it.
6. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of storing or sending data online is completely secure.
7. Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing us.
